The Cultural Exchange is a vibrant celebration of Indigenous identity and connection. This special plenary will feature performances from talented entertainers from the local host Nations, sharing songs, dances, and cultural expressions that honour the lands and communities welcoming us.
Youth delegates are invited to sign up to perform at the end of the Cultural Exchange using the form below. Whether you’re a dancer, a singer, or something else, this is your chance to showcase your culture in a safe and supportive space.
There’s no “right” way to show up — whether you’re fluent in your language, reconnecting with your culture, or just learning, what you have to share matters.
The Cultural Exchange is a plenary event that anyone with a GOV wristband and lanyard is invited to witness. It will take place on March 18 from 1:45 – 2:45 p.m. in the Vancouver Convention Centre Exhibition Hall A + Ballroom C.
Applications for youth performers close on February 26 at 5:00 p.m. PST.
